Century Shine brand was founded in 2004, we have two Ningbo Custom Hardware Technology Co., Ltd is one of subordinate branch companies. We are in service innovation company specializing in providing one-stop solutions for customized construction tool for precast concrete parts, such as shuttering magnets, insert magnet, lifting system, fixing system. Then we also supply high precision hardware, cnc milling & mahcining parts, cnc turning & lathe parts, cnc high speed swiss type lathe mahcine parts, stamping parts, podwer metallurgy parts, casting and forging parts. The products are widely exported to Europe, The America, Oceania and East Asia, other middle and high-end markets, our cooperative partners in more than 30 countries. Our technical team has several engineers and senior technicians with 15 years of experience in intelligent manufacturing. Our Factory
Our factory is more than 2000㎡ now.
There are 26 workers in the day, and 6 workers in the night, we are two turns in plant everyday. The material are including steel, stainless steel, aliminum, brass, plastic, titanium etc. Its diameter is form 0-1000mm, and 0-22mm is our strongest process, the name is high speed swiss type cnc lathe machine process.
For the surface, we can do almost. Such as zinc-plating, nickle-plating, coating, Tin-plating, anodized, etc.
Normally, the process is from raw material, cutting, cnc machining process, dimensional inspection, plating, then dimensional inspection again, package, shipping.
